Can I make payment when I Check-out?

Please be noted that full payment is required upon check-in.

What modes of payment are accepted?

Please be informed that we accept Credit Cards (Visa/Masters/China Union Pay and JCB), Alipay, WeChat Pay and Mpay. Cash payment are only in HKD and MOP.

What is the room rate?

May i change my reservation dates?

Please be informed that modifications of bookings is subject to room availability. In the event that the new rate is higher, guests will need to pay for the price difference.

I have to make a last minute cancellation. Will there be any penalty imposed?

Please be informed that direct bookings made on our website require 100% pre-payment and are non-refundable. Cancellations or modifications to bookings are not allowed. Additionally, no refunds will be given in the event of a no-show or early check-out. For non-direct bookings, such as those made through agoda or booking.com, please refer to the respective booking sites for their terms and conditions. Additionally, any cancellations or modifications to bookings must be made through the respective sites as well. Thank you for your kind understanding.

I have booked a number of rooms. Can we request to have adjacent rooms?

We always do our best to accommodate families under the same booking by arranging their rooms near each other. However, please note that this arrangement is subject to room availability. We look forward to welcoming you and your family to our hotel!

Are there any adapters at the hotel?

We're pleased to inform you that all of our rooms feature international sockets conveniently located at the bedside table. We hope this adds to the comfort and convenience of your stay with us. If you have any further questions or needs during your stay, please don't hesitate to let us know!

Is there a bathtub in the room?

We want to make sure your stay with us is exceptional! Although our hotel doesn't have rooms with bathtubs, we offer a variety of other comfortable amenities to ensure you have a wonderful experience.

How big is your single bed?

We're pleased to inform you that our single bed is 1m x 1.90m.

How big is your double bed?

We're pleased to inform you that our double bed is 1.5m x 1.95m.

Is the sharing of beds allowed? Is it possible to request for an additional bed in the room?

We want to make sure all our guests have a comfortable stay with us, which is why we regret to inform you that we're unable to provide additional beds or allow bed-sharing in our hotel due to space limitations.

Do you accommodate children?

Our hotel welcomes children of all ages. However, please note that the minimum age for check-in is 18 years old. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian. Children aged 0 to 11 years old can stay for free when sharing existing beds with their parents. Children over 12 years are considered as adults. Additionally, please note that the hotel does not provide extra beds, and we encourage guests to book a larger room type if needed.

Are smoking rooms available？

We take the comfort and well-being of all our guests seriously, which is why smoking is strictly prohibited in our building. Please note that if any guest is found smoking, a cleaning fee of MOP1500 will be charged. We kindly ask for your cooperation, and we hope you'll have a fantastic stay with us!

Does the hotel provide luggage storage?

Yes, we're happy to offer luggage storage service for our guests, and it's complimentary for same-day collection! However, please note that we're unable to provide overnight luggage storage due to limited space.

Does the hotel collect security deposit?

Please be informed that a refundable security deposit of HKD500 is required upon check-in. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card (we accept VISA, Mastercard, UnionPay, and JCB).

Can I Check-out late?

We're so sorry, but we're unable to offer late check-outs as we need to prepare the room for our next guest. If you do need to check out after 12pm, please be aware that an additional one night charge will apply, based on the room rates for that day. We appreciate your understanding and hope you have a wonderful stay with us!

What is the Check-in/Check-out time?

We're delighted to inform you that checking in at Belive Andmore Hotel is possible from 3pm onwards, and checking out is at 12pm.

Public bus: Getting to Belive Andmore is easy! You may take bus number MT4 at Macau International Airport and get off at Alm. Sergio / Trav. Lido bus stop. After getting off the bus, turn left and walk for about a minute, and you will see Belive Andmore Hotel. Taxi: If you wish to take a taxi from the airport, it will cost approximately MOP100 and takes 20 minutes to get to the hotel.

How do I get to Belive Andmore from Gongbei Border?

Public bus: Getting to Belive Andmore is easy! You may take bus number MT4 at Gongbei Border and get off at Alm. Sergio / Mercado bus stop. After getting off the bus, turn right and walk for about 3 minutes, and you will see Belive Andmore Hotel. Taxi: If you wish to take a taxi from the Gongbei Border , it will cost approximately MOP60 and takes 15 minutes to get to the hotel.

Do you provide pick up service?

We're sorry to inform you that our hotel doesn't offer shuttle service. However, we're happy to help you with alternative transportation options. Our hotel is conveniently located at 44-54 Rua do Almirante Sérgio, Macau. You'll be glad to know that there's a nearby bus station that provides direct transportation to Macau International Airport, Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, and the Border Gate.
